Search Terms
A name, place, or other detail entered in a search box is transmitted to the outside provider that operates the tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems.
Messages to Us
If you send an email or contact message, we retain the information needed to review and answer it. We do not disclose the message beyond our organization unless the law requires us to do so.

Links lead to the Perry iSOMS jail roster, booking windows, sheriff and corrections pages, courts, government portals, news outlets, and outside search tools. After you follow a link, the destination's own privacy rules govern its collection and use of data.
Advertising partners may use their systems to recognize activity across multiple websites and choose interest-based ads. That cross-site processing occurs on partner systems, not ours.

These choices concern data held by this private site. A request about an official Perry County record must go to the agency that maintains it under the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 through 61.884.
